[streaming] missing episodes

regarding the streaming video content.

episode 12 of aquarion is episode 11. (fixed)
episodes 40,41 of web ghosts pipopa are missing.
episode 16 of natsume yuujinchou is also missing.

if anyone notices similar discrepancies post them in this thread.
please someone get the episodes up.

Aquarion is now fixed. Simple typo, sorry about that. ^^'

The two Crunchyroll shows I'll have to look into later.

All the Avatar (tLA) episodes here on ANN appear to have been removed from Joost, so they aren't working.... (Granted I didn't try them all but it said that for the few three or so and the last one too, so I'm sure it's like that the whole way through.)

EDIT: Just went and checked to be sure, and yes none of the videos are working. And on Nick's official page on Joost they appear to have removed most of the episodes except a handful scattered throughout the seasons. This includes some of the first-season episodes that should be here on ANN, and those seem to just be sneak-peeks anyway.

episode 16 of code geass (s) is actually episode 6 of code geass (d). (fixed)

magical play is listed as being subbed but is actually dubbed. (fixed)

episode 15 of skip beat is missing.

Episode 7 of Moonphase is completely offline for over 24 hours (maybe longer?).

Also, halfway through episode 8, the video breaks down and is mixing with xxxHolic.

And please change the ads! Why the same ad over and over? If I see one more ad about a convention that's halfway around the country, I might just go back to my old ways and give up this streaming-to-support stuff. It's obnoxious!

We're working on getting more advertising. I hope you'll be patient. It seems kind of silly to be driven back to piracy because they don't like an ad, but I understand that can be grating after a while. We're doing our best.

Thanks for all the error reports. Moonphase will be fixed in a few minutes, Code Geass and Magical Play are fixed now.

We're going to be phasing out the Joost embeds in the near future, as they seem to be having some major quality control issues.

Update: We've fixed the issue with Crunchyroll episodes getting skipped. Everything should be up now. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I can't find anything wrong with this episode, but I can't test it since I'm in Singapore. Anyone else having this problem?
