Both series are excellent and I highly recommend them. Irregardless of the whole "I love you but you could be my brother" thing, Twins just works, and works well. If you decide to watch them, make sure you see Teacher first. Although the stories aren't really related, you will find a great many of the characters in Twins are from Teacher.

I saw a couple of episodes on TV last time I was in Japan and I got to say I liked and I would defiantly recommend it.

if you can, i would advise to watch onegai teacher and onegai twins.
They're both good series  . Though twins is my favorite of the 2, i would advise to watch onegai teacher first.
Because if you haven't watched onegai teacher first, you may have some questions about things that happen in twins spoiler[you'll probably wonder what the hell Marie is, often referred to as chibi-san in twins] |
