Either that or it will be a 1:1 Miku costume.

It's just the Japanese music industry trying to bridge the music fans and virtual idol fans, by promoting both Hatsune Miku and Gackt in one setting. In order for them to boost overall ticket sales. That's all.

William Gibson. Idoru.
He called it, people. We're now living it.

They could use the holographic system that allowed Gorillaz to play "Live" on stage...

Only two ways I can see this happening...One being on a screen...and one being a hologram. Both of which aren't really "live" since that really refers to the LIVE members being there...which isn't even possible and unless they have someone in a suit dancing that corresponds to the hologram, everything will pre-recorded...not really live at all. Should still be interesting to see though.

It's official, Japan is freakin' nuts!
I would much rather go to an Eve from Megazone concert though. Lonely Sunset!

It's a shame they couldn't perform on the stage together, considering Gackt is a vocaloid himself (Gakupo). Reguardless, I think it would be rather cool to see Miku on stage, even if she was a hologram (which would be more than cool actually) or just a screen.

Interesting...I want to see how they manage to pull this off.
My inner Vocaloid and Gackt fangirl is very happy

That's the first thing I thought of too! And I think that would be their best option, I thought those effects were pretty impressive anyways.

I hope this doesn't turn out to be another "Sharon Apple" incident. That could turn out tragic.

We have now officially entered the world of Macross Plus. Except instead of Sharon Apple, it'll be Hatsune Miku controlling our minds.
Wait. I can live with that!
