Recently, I was at a Suncoast while on vacation and I noticed an anime that was in a larger case than the others. I looked and it said that it was an interactive anime. I sadly didn't have enough money to get it. I was going to order it online, but I didn't really know anything about it.
I was just wondering if anyone knew anything about this anime or any other interactive animes.

Hmm. Sounds like an "enhanced" DVD with interactivity, built off Natsuiro no sunadokei. It is an anime which is well suited to this sort of thing, since it is basically a simple time-travel and "what-if" plot. It was, in fact, based on a game by Princess Soft, so what you saw might have been some sort of a combo of the two.

The anime had its moments, but overall it wasn't that great. Sad, though, because the basic plot and the character designs showed a lot of promise.

Natsuiro no sunadokei is a fairly good anime, it just feels kinda rushed - It's only two episodes long Sad

Some of the characters look like major parts, but end up being minor roles, all because of the two-part limit.

There are better anime based on games out there:
Kanon (one of my favourites) should not be missed. Good characters and a good storyline make this one of the better ones.

Okay, the story drifts a bit around ep5, but gets back on track, with parts 11/12 being really sad.

Sad or not - please don't reply quoting the full text of the preceding message, only to respond with a one-liner. It's bad form. Please assume that your readers have the intelligence to grasp the thread without quoting everything that went before.
