So how long does its take for my rating to be calculated to the total?

(Not complaining about it, just wanting to know).

They usually appear within a day or two.

Ok, I am confused. The manga page shows 16 people have rated it (The same amount before I rated it)

Then, when I check the top 10 anime/manga, its shows 22 people have rated it.

So what happening here, the main manga page not updating, or is it updating really slow?
