Before "fans" hacked their site, Phantom was getting simulcasted every week. After the attack they haven't updated that show at all despite updating all of the other shows.
Did they lose rights to stream it? I was really into that show and had stopped getting fansubs once I found out they were simulcasting it. I hope they bring it back before the series is over with.

Agreed. I'd be happier to watch a legit stream, too. I think Funi still only has the first 9 eppies, right?

It's on-hold, just like One Piece is. As Blood- mentioned, the first 9 eps. are on FUNi's site, so they haven't lost the streaming rights to it. I don't think FUNi has said anything else aside from "we're working to get the simulcast back on track as soon as possible".
EDIT: Turns out the lastest update from FUNi regarding Phantom is that they don't have a specific date for when the simulcast will be back.

Yea right, bitchy little fansubbers who go around hacking legitimate distributors are the "true fans".
