Oh, wow.
.... Is this their first license acquisition since there were whispers/rumors of MB filing for bankruptcy, or whatever PR nightmare that was? Hope it works out for them, then... can't help but wonder if this'll catch the delay disease as well, though.

Apparently there's a pulse left in Media Blasters yet! That's a good sign....

OH MOST JOYOUS OF DAYS.
To think, a title everyone thought was cancelled from a company everybody thought was dying. Definitely buying this one.

You don't know how shocked I was to hear their name mentioned. It's felt like ages since anything was heard.

Nor Record of Lodoss War. Still, they're still around, so that's got to be worth something.

Ummm, The premise of a supercomputer controlling the planet and the population being all male is interesting but I am not into Boys-love or never read them because I am either scared or unsure of its content. So I guess I should ask.....is this worth watching, and is this graphic(you know what I mean by "graphic")?

It's nice to see Media Blasters has't kicked the bucket, but that said I'm still waiting for the next volume of Bakuman...

My heart skipped a beat when I saw this. Such a rush of excitement!
...and then a drop of bitter disappointment, because I don't believe for a second they'll actually release this. It'll be SZS and Lodoss all over again.
Prove me wrong, Media Blasters, please! (and get the 1992 version too!)

If you're not interested in watching two men have sex with each other, then no, you shouldn't bother with this.
(If you're open to trying Boy's Love, start with something tamer like Gravitation or Junjo Romantica. There's no graphic sex in either of those)

While I'm very happy to see that MB is licensing this, and absolutely intend to buy it, I've been wishing for a long time now that I could get a remastered version of the cel animated 1992 version, which I thought was nicely done and very beautiful. I guess I'm just "old".
In any case, I'm very happy to see this from MB, and am looking forward to their re-emergence!
I also think this license is well timed, since DMP is re-releasing all the Ai no Kusabi novels. Maybe we will see a joint marketing effort for Yaoi Con.

Ok, thanks. I'll actually give those two titles a try. Because I don't wanna just say "Eww, its boy's love" or some ignorant comment without knowing what the content actually is.
Btw, is Ai no Kusabi just about a "blond" & "mongrel" having sex? Or is there anything beyond that?
