Can anyone tell me if the Dn Angel anime is completely different from the manga? I would like to get the anime, but I don't really want to spoil the manga. Any answer would be appreciated. Thanks.

The anime is different than the manga but drastically.
Some moments in the story, such as when Daisuke wants to confess to Risa in the beginning, have more backstory or are completely different from the manga.

I suggest buying both. The anime is very stylish and entertaining while the manga is beautiful and interesting.

Okay, thanks a lot. I already have the manga, all that's out anyways. I saw the first episode on a Newtype dvd and thought it was good, so I think I will get the anime. Thanks!

I'm waiting on the anime myself. They added a 3rd girl love interest to the anime & pulled Satoshi out of the anime around ep 4 to focus on the romance angle. (A newtype USA article interviewed the director on the return after a long absence of Satoshi. Satoshi means Krad & they didn't want to focus on that so they just pulled Satoshi)

Is the third girl love interest the girl with the white hair named Mio?

I think that is the other love intrest, it doesn't say that specifically in the article in the Oct issue of Newtype, but it sure seems that way.

i've watched the anime n actually Daisuke seems to have 3 love interests in the series... the 1st one is Risa, then Mio Hio (or izit Hio Mio?? i alwayz mix them up) then Riku, Risa's twin sis.
I haven't read the manga but i do know that the anime was simply good! i loved it a lot... quite addictive. dont know how different it is from the original manga but itz definitely worth watching.

I never read Manga, but I did buy the first volume of DN angel and found it to be quite intriguing and entertaining.
