I have only DVD and BDs around, and the very occasional memorabilia thingy that came with a limited edition set that I happened to buy. Like Haruhi's armband or Ichigo's hollow mask. I would never put up a poster -- too old for that.

Having started out with a Crate and Barrel DVD rack, I eventually filled up four of them and then overflow into book cases. It got to be too much. I didn't even need the wife to tell me. Now I am packing up anime that I know I won't watch again in boxes for garage storage, and have retired two of the racks.

Anime should be watched and not seen.

I'm not sure what I will ever do with them. Maybe sell them. My younger generations of relatives have no interest. I have five boxes so far -- any suggestions as to what to do with them other than just store them?

As much as I wish that I had some sort of anime decorations or figures, I don't. Every time I have money and think of buying something like that I get indecisive about what I want and just end up buying more anime/manga. Confused So, looking at my room, you wouldn't know that I am an anime fan. I have all of my manga and anime neatly placed on a shelf in my closet and that's about it.

In my nerd lair, I've got a massive anime collection of about 250 series, 70 OVAs, and 130 movies, which increases in size monthly. I have a manga collection of 280 volumes, about 80 anime soundtrack CDs, 15 T-shirts, 7 figures, and 2 pillow cases. Finally, I have a wall with a wallscroll and 5 posters, plus a bunch of those Rightstuf anime related advertisement cards stuck on there.

I leave all my anime DVDs in boxes; it's a shame I don't display them but my shelves are stacked with books that I don't read anymore. The top of my shelf is occupied by my Gundam models but they get dusty easily. I don't have many manga at all but since I work in a library, I often asked to take the deleted and old copies of manga. Unfortunately, due to small space in my room, I have to leave them in a bag. Funnily enough, my parents use my room as a storage closet - there rolls of Bounty on the top of my closet, boxes of Kleenex on my small shelves, and my floors are overtaken by some of my personal items.

The only free space I have is my wall which is plastered by paper stating my achievements in elementary school and a 1000 piece puzzle of a GOOF from Gundam.

I have 3 wallscrolls, one on each wall. What happened to the fourth? Ask Pinkie Pie! But seriously, my cat likes to mess with the one on that wall, I had to take it down.

I currently have 4 shelves dedicated to anime or other animated shows (like Avatar: TLA, which eagerly wants to be joined by Korra! Soon...), but keep in mind that these are double deep, so it's actually saying more than it sounds.
I have 1 double deep shelf for video games, though I keep the GBA/DS cartridges in another place (yet still have the boxes, I just find it a pain to actually keep them in the boxes), and I keep my systems and DVD player underneath the TV. I like that the TV has 3 A/V inputs, yes, the gamecube and Wii have to share one, but whatever.
Then manga...I have 14 shelves for manga, all but two double deep (though an additional 2 just are using their double deepness right now). And I have two comic book short boxes for manga too (they hold a bit more than 40 manga each). Clearly I have a problem, what will happen when I get more Tezuka than can fit in the Tezuka shrine? And what about once Ooku vol 8 comes out, then the Fumi Yoshinaga shrine will have space trouble! Dammit! On anything double deep, I keep sticky notes at the top of the shelf to help tell me wtf is on the back row (and on top of the short boxes). I'm at 800ish manga now? Around 130 series. I'll count again after Otakon. I don't tend to remember how much anime I have, around 75 series maybe (oh duh, my RNG list for when I'm indecisive about rewatching stuff, let's just go with what it says), though that includes the non anime stuff like Reboot and Avatar:TLA. And almost 30 movies and short OVAs. Clearly, everything except those two short boxes will be a royal pain to pack and move.
I don't have too many figures, just some trinkets here and there and a small pile of 4 leaf or higher clovers (up to 6 leaves). I do have that awesome Slime PS2 controller, when my friends saw it (by knocking it over, not realizing why it was on the damn video game shelf and that it wasn't attached to the stand), they just had to try it out, it is pretty damn cool. Oh but I do have a decent number of rubber duckies, this rubber duckie claw machine near me that's play til you win has stuff like dragon and spacemen rubber duckies in it! I have one plushie, and it always seems to be a third wheel on any given shelf, I'm never getting another one ever again. I've considered getting stuff that's more than trinkets before, but 1) I have no room for them 2) It irks me that it wasn't spent on anime or manga instead 3) I think the oodles of manga and anime are nice enough display items themselves, right?

My room has three shelving units. One's small and holds 52 manga volumes right now (17 different series.) Two bookshelves for DVDs (and now Blu-rays) but one of them isn't full. I have something like 22 movies and 70 TV series and OVAs. A bunch of people just quit at my job so it looks like I'll be getting some overtime until they can train new people, my shelves are either happy or crying, I'm not sure which. I have two plushies, which sit on the middle incomplete row of my DVD shelf. One is Mokona, the large white one from Magic Knight Rayearth (or Tsubasa which ever floats your boat) and the other is a Totoro which can eat things. Very amusing. I have some plastic figures (the cheap kind that I'm pretty sure were once sold at Toys R Us) Jesse, James, and Meowth from Team Rocket, and a Munchlax. I also have a little Italy from Hetalia which was a gift.

As for clothes I don't own many anime related clothes except for a singular Sailor Moon shirt.

Room? Singular? *evil, rich ojo-sama laugh with back of hand covering mouth* I have a room dedicated to DVDs/BDs, then I have a room dedicated to manga, and interspersed throughout the entire condo I have display cases of figures and wall scrolls. My collection must be seen. It doesn't do my ego any good to have it hidden away.

My collection lives in the living room, mostly in plain sight. I have 2 bookshelves full of manga, plus a cupboard full to hold the overspill. The cupboard is getting full, (damn you, incomplete ongoing series!) but I've identified a spot for another shelf, so I need to buy/build another one. I don't have any posters, because my place is rented and I'm not allowed to put posters up, but in my old place I had loads of them. My DVDs are in a big stack beside one of the bookshelves. I also have a couple of plushies and figures decorating the shelves.

While I don't have a room specifically dedicated to anime, I do have a family room of shelves and bookcases displaying DVDs and figures. In frames are my Aria lithograph and bookmarks which came with the third season's box set.

If you want to see it, it'll be:
$12 for adults ($10 for senior citizens)
$8 for children
Free to children under 6

Tuesdays are "Twos days": friends are free!

For reservations, call (123) 456-7890.

See you soon!

It is mostly my bedroom, hey I live with parents (I am still young), with 3 younger siblings, and my father's job has had us change with his postings.

I have a book case at the end of my bed with anime and a few figures on it. To make it sound more interesting, the top shelves are what boxsets fit comfertably, and an entire shelf for KyoAni after that, and then the rest. To the left of the bed is the tv that has a book case on the right side, with manga filling the top half, with the more fancy figures on the shelf. The botom half is mostly gamer related books, as my game shelf is to the left side of the tv.

I mostly live in my bedroom, so all my stuff's in there except some food and my bike. On the walls are a flyswatter and the three posters from the first two Madoka LEs(the first went up because my brother's fiancee thought I needed something on the walls, the second I just liked and the third went up after she complained again Twisted Evil ) and will soonish be joined by a Nichijou promo poster. Under one of the Madoka posters is my chest of drawers with three of the Madoka Figmas on it(Sayeka's still on preorder from Anime Island and I never unboxed poor Homura). Further along the wall is my desk, with my computer on it and my two 1/4 Lucky Star figures as well as my Summer Wedding Kagami(Konata soon to arrive); there's a couple of shelves, but beyond holding my plates they mostly serve as storage for random crap. My window is covered by a blackout curtain and along that wall is my bookcase which has two shelves with my anime, manga(read: Lucky Star) and Nendoroid stuff(Popura and the Wagnaria playsets) on them; the third is economics books(which formerly had Popura sitting right next to The Bastiat Collection, a fact which amused me far too much). I haven't put anything on my minifridge just yet beyond a RightStuf box I'm keeping in case I need to return something, but I was thinking of sticking a TV on it to save me the cost and effort of wallmounting it. Beyond that, my closet has all the boxes for my figures; I started the habit for my Figmas, but decided to keep the boxes for the rest since I'm going to be moving once the lease is up.

*Reads post* I swear that wall of text is in the top three on this page. Why am I so much more verbose than so many hoarders?
