Hey max duo 21... I was just wondering why do you keep posting "just wondering" threads, which is no different from "what's your favorite blah blah blah" list threads, for the last nineteen months, without your own opinion following up in the same thread?
For me I'm thinking that you might be a marketing personnel...or maybe not, considering you have Azumanga Daioh complete DVD collection already... |

I think everyone is overly anxious for the three other Ghibli films to come out on DVD.
Well, actually, you get Totoro on DVD if you don't mind it being dub only. |

The Third OAV.
And if you don't know which OAV I'm talking about you obviously haven't been around here long. Fans have been waiting anxiously since 1993 for this bit of film, and it will answer so many of our deepest questions. |

I would like to see Full Metal Alchemist. I hear SO much hype over this series, and the only exposure I've had to it has been through mp3s of the Openings and Endings.
I also want to see those Miyazaki movies that were supposed to come out in February, as I haven't seen any of his titles yet. And of course, I'd like to see Samurai Champloo in clear cut DVD quality and with DTS audio. I'm sure it will sound quite nice! |

Jan. 2005 just can't come soon enough.
Full Metal Alchemist & Samurai champloo, probably two of the most hype anime for the new year. Oh yea and Otogizoushi too, but no words on that release yet? That's it since the rest of my money is spent on manga. |

- The rest of Evangelion Platinum.
(This is my first time collecting and watching the TV series. Before I started collecting it, I had Death & Rebirth and The End of Evangelion.) - Nausicca of the Valley of the Wind (I can dream, can't I? ) |

So cryptic... I also can't wait for this to make it out. I've seen up to ep 3, but it's very hard to wait for the rest, I want to know the answers! |

Though it is already technically on DVD, I'm eargly awaiting the release of Ghost in the Shell. The new DVD coming out will have 2 discs with loads of bonus features. I haven't seen the movie before, so hopefully I will be wowed.
Going hand-in-hand with GitS, I'm awaiting the release of Ghost in the Shell 2: Innocence to be released in America. I've heard some great things from it (along with bad, however), so I want to see it myself. Steamboy is another DVD I'm anticipating. From what little I have seen, the movie looks interesting. Appleseed is one of the lesser releases I'm waiting for, but since it's made by the GitS creator, it has potential. Then there is, of course, the Studio Ghibli movies that Disney is delaying. Not anime, but I cannot wait to see the Casshern movie. It looks so amazingly cool. Although, if all else fails, I can get the R2 of that movie. |

I'm waiting eagerly for Planetes to come out on DVD.
-- the description of the show sounded very mature... focused on personal relationships, without a bunch of super gunfights etc., yet it also sounded like interesting "hard" sci-fi, where the science and the politics of the world make sense. Anyone see this one before it was liscenced?? |

Yes, and that's why I see this thread no different from any "favorites" list threads, and the thread starter has a record of throwing out similar questions and kiss the thread he started goodbye without giving his own opinion. |
