I'm thinking maybe you are confusing it with One-Million Year Trip: Bander Book, which is another one of the same group of yearly specials. That was definitely the first time I used a character from it, and I can't remember anyone else using it.

Since I knew you watched that franchise and knew it used the words King and Legend in titles, that made it pretty easy after that second hint.
Here is the next character. I expect this to be quite easy, but it is what I watched yesterday, so it is what I'm using.
