I recognized Kosuke Fujishima's character designs. I had no idea he worked on that (before now).

Hooray! I've only read the manga for that series yet I happen to remember that one random scene pretty clearly (I even flipped through my manga to make doubley sure before posting, his hair was black in the manga but close enough). Once again, I guess right due to only having read the manga for a series.

Well, I've tried really hard to find this character's name, but I failed. I think it is spoiler[the Russian space director from Moonlight Mile], but everyone just kept calling her spoiler["director"] in the episode I could find with her (episode 5 of season 1), so I was unable to figure out her name. Is that description acceptable?

That will have to do, since that is indeed her title and what she does and what most people call her (and the right country). She does, however, have a name, it's spoiler[Elizabeta Korsakov], the incident in hint 1 happens in season 2 ep 3, which is also where we hear her name. your turn (at least I stumped ya with the name  )
