I don't really understand how I recognized that anime, as I've not watched it. Yet somehow I knew what it was right away. I'm guessing that I must have seen a preview for it at some point.

No, sorry. I opened up your anime list and there was a picture of him. Even without the pictures on your anime list, it would have been easy as I've seem most of the anime you have watched and this would be the only one that I both haven't seen and isn't clearly wrong for this picture. Anyway, I don't have any easy pictures ready, so here is one that will probably be hard. Sorry for the relatively small, low-quality image.

Damn that's obscure. I'm 100% that that is spoiler[Manx mouse from The Legend of Manxmouse] but I can't remember where or when I saw this. It's been years though.
