You're supposed to give the quote. Explaining the scene is optional. Solely explaining scene is not an answer I'm willing to evaluate.

From Puella Magi Madoka Magica, episode 3, I think the exact quote is:
Sayaka Miki: I said to give it back! Give it back to Mimi!
Mami Tomoe: That's right, this belongs only to magical girls. Neither of you has the right to touch it.

Here's the quote, from the crunchyroll subs then.
Sayaka: Give it back! That-- That belongs to Mami...! I said give it back! Back to Mami!

...There are so many things that I want to point out, but fortunately, minigames don't have turn continuity like the main game, so I'll leave it at "both Mad_Scientist and Stark700 are correct as to the quote."
Stark700 identified the wrong speaker for line 2, but that's irrelevant for the minigame.

I might watch Madoka again later this year and oops, you're right, I'm actually not sure why I put her as the character since it's obviously that she died this episode. I think I edited it wrong...as shown in the post when I met to put Homura Akemi. Oh well, it's just a minigame

For scoring concerns, Stark can get the point. He answered first, and it's obvious who he meant by the second speaker. Plus, I probably shouldn't have posted a second reply after my first kind-of-incorrect-due-to-not-following-the-rules post anyways.

I don't think egoist is keeping scores anymore, so scoring is, at least unofficially, not a concern.
From my point of view, an incomplete answer, e.g. a main game answer that only has a speaker and an anime or a minigame answer that doesn't include the quote, is not something that I even evaluate. Hence it cannot be incorrect and does not expend your one guess.

I pass the main game turn. I don't have anything ready to go.

Getting things started again. I've done a search and I'm surprised this hasn't been used before. From the dub (the sub is pretty much the same):
Damn it. What do I believe in? Who am I supposed to pray to? Christ? Buddha? Mohammed? Zarathustra? Lovecraft?

What strange timing; I just rewatched the source of this quote a few hours ago:
This is Kyon from The Disappearance of Haruhi Suzumiya speaking to no one in particular, IIRC in the scene where he's waiting for Haruhi to come out of the private high school she's attending in the altered timeline.

Anime: The Disappearance of Haruhi Suzumiya
Speaker: Kyon
Context: This line was not said out loud. Kyon was thinking about the possibility of Haruhi having made a new SOS brigade in her new school. He felt really bad with the idea that he's not a side character anymore (along with Nagato and others) but just an outsider. He wanted that bad feeling to go away, but he didn't know whom to believe. And then Haruhi suddenly apprears.
EDIT: Drat, five minutes too late. Should not have looked over the whole show to find the exact quote.

Correct. Much of the humour is in the delivery. Both VAs are outstanding.
Your turn, Key. (And commiserations to 4750G.)

Been there, done that - way too many times to count.
Anyway, new quote. I actually have a few backed up right now, but I'll go with with this dub entry:
Character A: “I’d like you to write down what epitaph you want. Something like, ‘I’ve grown tired of my pathetic life so I’m going to die.'”
Character B: “In that case, why don’t you write one for yourself? “Excuse me, I really am quite careless. I seem to have [done a normally-lethal spoilerish activity*] and died.”
* - Revealing what this is will probably be the third hint if the quote gets that far.

Hint #1: Although the conflict in this scene is ostensibly over the series' lead heroine, each of these bishonen also has other reasons for being nasty to the other one.

Last time I did a quote form this series it also needed multiple hints, so let's go with another one.
Hint #2: By the end of this episode one of the speakers does need an epitaph, and for a reason directly resulting from what's going on in this scene.
