I really liked Shin Godzilla (a bit weaker towards the end imho but still good), so hopefully I’ll like this.

Super Sentai (Power Rangers) reaches its 50th anniversary in 2025, so I can easily picture a Shin Super Sentai as the next project.
I personally want a Shin Precure as a 20th anniversary project in 2024. |

I know fudge all about the history of either Ultraman or Kamen Rider but I will be seeing these one way or the other especially after how good a job he did with Shin Godzilla.
Seriously give Anno the budget from King of the Monsters and have Anno do a Godzilla vs Ghidorah horror film. |

Anno is living his best life. He will also direct. He didn't do that for Shin Ultraman. I wonder which other brand from his childhood he will reboot next. Maybe Devilman or something as Shin Yamato would be a good way to end Anno´s career outside of needing real money to do it right. I wonder if some sort of Shin Initiative will form to fight a greater evil once he did enough of these. His Godzilla is evil and kinda survived his origin film to there is your enemy. He's definitely earned the right to have fun with his favorite toys, and I hope the experience of making this is as joyful a dream-come-true as he could hope for... but I still wonder if he'll ever return to TV anime. He's been away longer than Ikuhara had before Penguindrum, so the hopes might be slimmer, but still.
