No, the correct term is "...and wacky hijinks ensue."! This sounds good as it presumably means many Kotomi Ichinose-esque moe genius characters. |

"You know like that hot Spanish chick.. or maybe she was Italian" Anyway, Japanese newspapers serialize porn? I mean, I guess I shouldn't be too surprised, but still, these are public newspapers aren't they? |

My guess? They're wagering it'll be more popular as an anime, where all the characters are drawn and can be turned into merchandise. I mean, if the cover is any indication, at least one of the girls in this is hyper-moe, with a high-school student who looks 8. Maybe she's the only one, though. I don't want to (literally) judge a book by its cover. And hey, at least the male lead actually has a quirk of his own rather than just being "boy moves to new school/town/planet* and meets wacky characters, mostly female, with more personality than him." You'd think that would be a basic part of storytelling, but it helps to have the lead by a blank slate that you can project yourself onto (see: Twilight for a female example). * Oh come, somebody's going to do it someday; Captain Kirk got really close a few times! |

The story specifies newspaper serialization, not magazine. |

"Newspaper" (新聞) is what it says on Kadokawa's page that the ANN article links to. A real-world example of an erotic story serialization in a newspaper would be Jun'ichi Watanabe's Ai no Rukeichi that ran in The Nikkei. |

Some European papers carry erotic ads and content along with all the mainstream stuff, even on their online version, so it's not uncommon elsewhere either.
Anyways, the series sounds like fun. |
