Okay guys, I need your help and pronto hopefully. ;
I'm trying to make a RightStuf order right now, and for some reason, putting certain things in my cart keeps booting out everything else. I've had this problem before, but before it was just one thing that did it, so I was able to haggle it by putting the offending item in first.
This time however, it's two item types, and no matter what I try, I can't get it to stop booting everything else out of the cart.
The offending items are:
Tide-Line Blue (volumes 2, 3, and 4)
Haruhi Suzumiya (hardcover book 2, paperback books 3 and 4)
Any help is greatly appreciated guys. What the heck is going on?

Well, I've always had the problem when I added items to my cart in different windows (for example, adding one item to the cart in one tab, then opening another tab and trying to add another item).
Perhaps if you re-searched an item at the bottom of the "cart" page and only kept one window open, it would work.
Sorry that I couldn't have been or more help

Try saving everything and then putting it into the cart one by one? That's usually what I do, hope it helps!

AJMkarate717 - You sir, are made of pure, undiluted, epic freaking WIN. Thank you! That worked!
wandering-dreamer - I'll remember that too for in case this ever happens again and AJM's trick didn't work.

I've read many a story about issues with TRSI's cart- basically, it's just not meant to work in multiple tabs/windows. I only use one when I do my shopping, and I don't ever have issues.

Can you drop me a note explaining what you're doing, how, what browser you're using, any plugins, and so on? I'm not sure what is going on, but there should not be issues like this. Last time I had a customer with a similar issue, it was due to a rogue firefox plugin. shawnek (at) rightstuf (dot) com. I see you got your order in another way, but this behavior should not be happening any more, so I want to see if I can troubleshoot. Thanks.
