I am wondering if Warner Brothers got the rights to Kiba? Because it is on www.thewb.com and WB's iTunes page.

While I can't get onto that site, I can tell you that it is still streaming on The Anime Network. But it is also on iTunes "Copyright Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc."

Probably not. They might have the rights to the soundtrack though. That happens with some stuff they do.

It was streamed on CartoonNetworks Toonami's streaming site [I think it debuted ADV's dub], a fact that was advertised on ADV's dvd boxes. So I'm guessing that WB still has a license for the streaming edition of it, and are using that on their Itunes store.
I seem to recall that it was that they dubbed Kiba *for* CN, then turned around and released it on DVD themselves afterwards. |
