This error report brought this case to my attention. In website of "スタジオ エル" we have: Copyright (C) studioelle co.,ltd. All Rights Reserved. They don't call themselves "Studio L". |

Music House = alternate translation for 楽音舎, please remove this company used in illegal fansubs to merge this into RAKUONSHA as shown on the Angelic Layer Ending 2 Sony Vegas Project File, which makes the company name all capitals.

Altogether it means something like "South Town Magistrate's Office".
Here's some info on them from an earlier version of the site: http://web.archive.org/web/20071012053326/www.bugyousyo.com/comp/comp.html |

Even HYOWON Company might be a candidate (its only credit is for the year 1994 right when HeeWon was founded). English Wikipedia page for Heewon Entertainment ("Korea's toy, anime and entertainment company. headquartered in Guro-Dong Guro-Gu Seoul, Korea. established in 1994"), Japanese Wikipedia page for Heewon Entertainment, Inc. (no Korean one, surprisingly). HeeWon Entertainment fits best and already has the website and foundation date, so this one should inherit all the credits. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Is this page of sufficient content quality to identify Korean & Chinese companies with? "Production Eye" is actually Production AI (プロダクションアイ).
Both companies are involved in backgrounds. アイ romanises as "ai" but can also be translated as Eye. Their official site confirms that ai is correct. Bandai translated the name incorrectly on the English language DVDs of .hack//Liminality: I have already corrected this error, which is also confirmed at their official site. Of the remaining three credits: Blade of the Immortal (TV) Guyver: Out of Control (movie) Pandora Hearts (TV) Two already had Production AI credited for the same role and have sources that back this up so I have removed the duplicate credits. Got a bit side-tracked on the Guyver credit since the romaji and kanji titles don't match and I'm not sure which is correct or if both are. A 1986 Guyver title is listed on the Production AI site however, so I have moved that credit across also. I'm leaving this here as a record since the same mistake is likely to occur again. |

You have found a duplicate for Ogura Kobo:
Kokura Kobo (#8876) Ogura Kobo (#7421 + alternative romanization: Ogura Workshop) 5 Microsoft Japanese IME readings for 小倉 - Ogura, Kokura, Kogoe, Kogura, Okura. These 2 tags in this may help you: ヴューワークス j.c.staff Highlight the tags, then it will be copied to the clipboard. |

Kaname Productions and Kaname Production
The correct spelling is Kaname Productions, thats the name featured on all my dvds and rare vhs collection. Please fix this and have all the anime titles correctly filed under Kaname Productions. |

Reading かなめ・きかく = "kaname kikaku" confirmed by Allcinema. No Wikipedia page, almost no Google hit for "Kaname" plus "カナメ企画" so those DVDs may in fact be the best source available. |

Just updating the タバック situation already brought up by cat_clan and Devil Doll.
These two also seem to be duplicates along with the six other: Tavac Co., Ltd TAVAC Corporation |

松竹
松竹株式会社 http://www.shochiku.co.jp/ Shochiku Film Shochiku Inc. Shochiku Co. Ltd. Shochiku, Co. Ltd. Matsutake (MISREADING) In spotting the misreading here, I noticed that there were several duplicates, so it makes me unsure on which one to move those credits. "Shochiku Film" seems to dominate, but I haven't seen the "Film" part (or any Japanese equivalent) represented in any of the available sources. They are mostly all plain 松竹 with a few 松竹富士 entries (see below). The only reference I can find is the English International Sales and Licensing site's URL, but it is plural and does not appear to displayed prominently on the site (just shows "Shochiku Co., Ltd.") There doesn't seem to be a "Shochiku" entry at all, so I guess most people just used the "Shochiku Film" entry since it was created first and saw that whenever they tried to input "Shochiku". I'm for all of the above to be merged into plain "Shochiku", as they appear on the vast majority of credits. I am a little uncertain on how the rest of the variants below are connected. Shochiku Fuji seems to be a former subsidiary. Shouchiku Douga Kenkyuusho ? Shochiku-Toho Shochiku and Toho seem to be separate companies. Maybe the source means they both did distribution on the movie, but if that's the case, needs two separate credits. Need to find another source for this one though. |
