Hey this was a shounen anime that aired in Japan from April 2005 till March 2007. I really enjoyed watching it. It came out on Cartoon Network in US in mid 2006 and i first got to saw it on Cartoon Network in January 2007. It was pretty interesting despite its childish elements it had. The allusions to fairytale and even biblical characters makes it both cliched and amusing simultaneously. I have seen all the episodes and they are being subbed atm by someone? lol the manga was released by Viz Media all of it. However there were only 4 anime dvd releases and after that MAR got delisted sadly. I wanted to see beyond episode 52 in English but somehow they're not releasing any more MAR episodes. Do any of you guys know if they have made any more MAR Episodes dubbed in English?

Unfortunately, when a company delists a series, it usually means that it's stopped dubbing and releasing it for good. They released a few DVDs, but it wasn't doing so well, so they stopped. Same happened with Prince of Tennis, from what I've heard (I don't follow either, so I might be behind on the news).
Honestly though, I heard they skipped episodes when it was airing on TV, which kind of contributed to it (from what I've heard).
But yeah, at least for now, MAR's pretty much gone for good. Yeah, I know it's annoying, but it happens unfortunately. ._. They release the DVDs and then they stop midway through the series. However, in this economy, if they must stop dubbing and releasing it, it's probably because they're losing money. They were probably losing money with MAR, so they moved on to other series.

I think the UK release of MAR has already gone beyond 52 episodes, so you could import it.

You could watch the subbed versions, if they did infact skip episodes during the original airing in the states then that's where you'd got to subvert that. If that doesn't work for you I'd suggest reading the manga. In most cases I find it to be better than the anime and there's a sequel manga as well so there's more material for you right there.

There's no listing of a sequel in the encyclopedia. Would you please tell us the sequel's name?

Hmm yeah thanks for the feedback dude. Hmm yeah i am sad that they didn't carry on with the dubs in america....arrrgh! Yeah the reason why they were losing money with MAR was because it was so cliched which made it so boring for a lot of people. Nevertheless i love MAR and so do a lot of others! That's why we've seen the fansubs. If MAR was availabe I would buy the dvd releases but unfortunately VIZ media stopped. MAR improves towards the end so people who've rated it as being worthless or pathetic should not be so hasty in making a decision because it has a rather rich ending in contrast to some other anime which do not have a completely satisfactory ending. If you guys know what i am talking about it's episode 102 which makes MAR "FOR ME" into a "Masterpiece" in terms of a triumphant victory for the forces of good against those of evil!

Google it. Should only take a second or two. You could also read the manga as well, although the manga has been concluded for several years now. Most book stores still carry the newer versions of the MAR books.

i couldn't even finish watching this show. at some point i couldn't find anyone that was still subbing it then it got licensed which would have been fine but it wasn't popular so they never finished dubbing it. i wish i could just finish it but i don't think there's any way to watch the entire series now.

Have you tried, Amazon.com, Ebay, Craigslist or Robert's Anime shop? Or contacted Viz Media via telephone, email or via social networking site?
There is tons of options and I know Amazon ships internationally as well.

@ Teriyaki Terrier: I'm not sure if you knew what I mean, I'm looking for the DVDs (not manga) which, according to Labbes, if there are any that go up to epi 52, they'd be UK releases. Robert's Anime won't have those, if there are any, but I will do some research, and I will check Amazon UK. Thanks

I liked the manga, and I was upset that Viz (of course) canceled the anime on Jetstream.
I have yet to read MAR: Omega, though.
