In some episodes of Pokemon, you can see them eating rice and ham and stuff like that. I wonder where they get it?

OK, seeing as how this thread is about all kinds of questions, I have one about Inu-Yasha.
A friend of mine watched movie 3 and he thinks Rin and Kagome are a lot alike in terms of personality.
What do you all think? I would say no because of their... surrounding cast being so different. And ultimately, the only thing they have in common is that they're both protected by two dog demons (well, 1 and a 1/2 if you want to get technical) of the same blood.
Any comments?

Didn't a character in the series mention that Rin and Kagome are quite similar?

Hmm, maybe, but I haven't seen the series in a while. Actually, now that I think about it, at least in the movie, there was a scene where they were standing next each other and their faces and hair looked kind of similar.
I guess it would make sense that they're supposed to be the same though because of that one thing I pointed out that they have in common (being protected by two dog demons of the same blood).
It's just that they act so differently around their respective guys. Kagome is outspoken and very sensitive to how IY talks to her, and Rin is outspoken, but hardly ever elicits a response from Sesshy unless she's in danger.
Sorry, I need more opinions to back this up.

I believe they can enjoy a good meal of Slowpoke tail (that's from the game). I also believe they show some fish on the show that aren't Pokemon. Which I guess begs the question of what's the difference between a Pokemon and an animal anyway.

Yes. Jinenji made a remark about how much like Kagome Rin is in episode...96 I believe.

Well you can hardly blame him for thinking it was a girl. From pictures I’ve seen of InuYasha (never watched it) he is hardly the most masculine looking character ever.

I agree, except for the rare times when you get to see him with his shirt off.

How interesting. When I first saw the previews for it on Adult Swim, I was certain of InuYasha's gender being female.
And then there was the big surprise when I actually watched the show.

He's not nearly as pretty boy as some other characters though. =P
