I was on TVTome.com and it said something there about Funimation making a Shaman King movie not 4kids. If this is true, then I bet Funimation is asking the Japanese producers to make a movie the same way 4kids did with yu-gi-oh, because I don't think they're stupid enough to actually make a "Shaman King" movie on their own.

No Shaman King movie is in the works over here at FUNimation. 4Kids has the rights to the show and handles all the production. We here at FUNimation distribute the DVDs.

Not literally but perhaps practically. If it's 4Kids after all, then I'm sure it will go through some sort of disassembling and rearranging. I haven't seen this Shaman King so I wouldn't know what to expect but I'm sure it will be at least somewhat enjoyable after its make-over.

Honestly, I haven't seen Shaman King too, but Funimation making a movie based on an anime on their own will hurt them.

Well, Lance just said that FUNi isn't working on a movie so I wouldn't worry to much about it. Also, TV Tome isn't the most credable place for news, especially when they don't give (working) sources. And of all the people, these guys (one of whom is only 13) have all the information? I'd take this "news" with a HUGE grain of salt.
