Mitsue YAMAZAKI (山崎 光恵) is 3 or 4 persons (all female according to their given names):

(Comments are welcome.) To make things even more confusing, livedoor wiki credits 山崎 みつえ for Storyboard in episode 1 of... yes, Rozen Maiden: Ouvertüre (while ANN gave this credit to a person named "Mitsue" (#54468) with no surname). Maybe this is an alias name? I added this credit at ANN today; please be aware that now both "Overture" credits for YAMAZAKI Mitsue belong to persons with different kanji names. At least we have three kanji names so I'd be fine with three persons, and leave it to you whom to assign the Nanatsuiro Drops & Kanamemo credits to.
