Gainax anime in the UK Victorian era? Yes please <3
Man, I really hope the end product is as good as the weird expectation I have going on in my head right now.

I'm pretty sure that GAINAX announced similar plans about this not long after G-L's completion, at the same time when they said they would be adapting Shikabane Hime. It's been awhile since then, but it's nice to hear them progressing on the idea. They did a nice job on Nadia's settings, after all.

I'm already interested. Western settings in anime is my fetish.

Sounds kind of steampunk.

You know you loved Hanamaru.
I'm always interested in whatever Gainax has in the making, especially if it's an original creation and not an adaptation.

Everybody loves Hanamaru. They just don't want to admit it.
Man, Emperor Charles doing that Giga Drill Breaker just seem so appropriate to listen to right now.

Oh boy.. it looks like the whole industry is hurting for people.
It's so nice to see job opportunity for students outside of Japan. Any art student in the US should apply for one. With so many people who wants work at anime industry beyond voice acting and marketing, this could be it. I'm sending this news to my Japanese American art student friends.

That's not something you see everyday...except in Disney movies. An anime with this? This sounds cool! But I'll have to wait and see what it's gonna be about first.

What do mean, "what it's gonna be about?". It's going to be about giant robots piloted by British Combat Maids, of course.
