Hideo MIURA (三浦 日出男, no source) may or may not be more than one person:

It's just that the "less likely" kanji name has no source given at ANN and keeping me from contributing to the more frequently used kanji name. Change of tactics:
Assuming this is one person, I now request hiding the kanji given name so that the more frequently used name 三浦 日出夫 could be set and then become available for kanji contribution. |

Given the three-kanji given name, it is likely they are the same person, and 日出男 is likely a one-time error given the other variation is far more common. I've hidden 日出男. |
