Judging by the plot it basically reminds me the opposite of Kaichou wa Maid-sama! Either way, I am looking forward to this.

Well to be honest, that doesn't really sound that original, but could provide comedy.
Yet, didn't Vandread have the same concept almost? Not to mention, countless manga that were previously girl's only schools that were transformed into a regular school that accepted both genders.
In fact, I am pretty sure a series named Green Green had the exact same concept.

I initially thought it sounded like Seitokai no Ichizon, but that's mostly to do with the 1 guy on a student council made up of girls thing.

In fact the setting sounds the exact same with a slight twist and different names.

The manga is awesome. The way the girls talk in the manga can't be quite dirty at times especially in female related issues... anyways the manga really isn't romance though there's only small hints of it with one of the girls.

Well, that's Tozen Ujiie for ya. The author is notorious for innuendos, puns, humurous misunderstandings, FreudWasRight, and those things that are adult humor...
Definitely Better Than It Sounds. It is focused on the element of comedy, and it uses the members of the "harem" to carry out the gags and hilarious antics. The important thing about it is that there is no significant amount of romance involved, so you can take it easy and enjoy the show for what it was intended for: Good Laughs.

That's the first thing I thought as well. You can't deny the similarities.
