Usually (or as far as I've seen) if a series has multiple "seasons" (i.e. Full Metal Panic! & Full Metal Panic? Fumoffu) each season is licensed separately. So ADV has the rights to GANTZ 1st Stage, but not to GANTZ 2nd yet. So, no.

oh man, i can't wait to see how they pull this off. if it's any bit as bad as the manga has gotten so far, even japan might worry.

I hope they keep "Last Kiss" as the ED song. I'm kinda obsessed with it and I think it will be fitting when they cover the later chapters.
