If any of you people know about the American Rock band KISS, you'd know that there is nothing off limits to merchandise. Hell, anime in total is still child's play compared to what Gene Simmons has managed to have made. Spandex shorts? That's small time.
I'm honestly surprised that people are shocked anymore at stuff like this. |

Ah, just what I needed. If I'm going to traumatize the entire neighborhood, I'm going to do it in style. Those bike shorts need a cautionary warning longer than the one for Happy Fun Ball.

I ask you, does ANYONE want to see the average EVA fan in SPANDEX BICYCLE SHORTS!? That's one of those things you wish you could un-see in your imagination. *shudders* Worst. Idea. Ever. And as for Training with Hinako... I don't think THAT counts as exercise ;3 Or at least, what the male viewer might have in mind. |

$110 for biker shorts? I may have paid $50 for mine, but they were name brand and don't look retarded... not to mention gender-specific with anatomical padding, and silicone leg grippers to keep them in place...
Also, those bikes are horrid. Not only are they overpriced steel (for that price you should get aluminum) pieces of junk, they only come in one size (frames have to be sized to the rider!), they're single-speed, and the ASUKA model isn't even a proper road bike... there's no point in having drop bars if you've got fat tires, since you're never going to reach the speeds that make an aerodynamic position necessary in the first place. Then again, silly Gainax, EVA fans don't ride bicycles! It's too healthy for them! |
