Excellent, Xam'd placed above K-ON!... With a one-month handicap I hope it keeps showing up.
Huh, even debuted in the same place as volume 1 did...

I wouldn't jump to conclusions until the numbers come out in more accessible print form.

Big Hed, it would be nice if Xam'd was on the top 5 because I feel that's the type of anime it needs to be.

Yeah, you and me both. Unfortunately I think that while us Xam'd fans are a very loyal bunch, we are a small one

But that's the wonders of having a niche fanbase. When it was on CrunchyRoll, it had more niche fans. Seeing how Sony announced they will release it here someday (wish they could give us at least a season or quarter for release date), I am glad this series is too good for not being released only on Japanese DVD. I will appreciate the series if they can dub it.

Sony made an announcement? Do you have a source? I don't remember hearing anything about that, and info about a BnX release stateside is the type of thing I would remember (unless I missed it, which I hope is the case).
I just hope it gets a solid dub if/when it's released, too. Not that I would complain about only having the awesome Japanese cast to listen to.

Xam'd had an impressive first episode but it went downhill after that. The plot progression is painfully slow. Several episodes are just plain boring. I managed to finish it but I doubt I'll ever watch it again.
Then again, Xam'd is still better than K-ON (which I won't even bother watching). The anime industry needs less fluff and more substance.

So who was stupid enough to blow their money on Queen's Blade? That show was garbage. Seriously? SERIOUSLY?
And if the reason is just for the boobs, I'll facepalm so hard my hand will go flying out the back of my head.
