Glad to see Kuroshitsuji, Toradora and Pandora Hearts are still doing well.
Wonder how the Haruhi sales will drop once they get to "that" arc...

People will buy it for the sake of "completeness." Never doubt for a moment the idiocy of fans when it comes to their favorite franchises. Oh, and 20th Century Boys as the #1 DVD in Japan? Awesome!

Most definitely awesome. I can't wait to see the 2nd and 3rd movie when Viz brings them over. Also, yeah, if the otaku wanted to express their disdain for E8, they would have done so by shunning the Haruhi franchise. |

You really think Endless 8 is going to tank?
Have you seen the sales figures for bad anime that are sequelts of decent and well selling anime? They don't drop. Look at Revenge of the Fallen? That was nothing more than an incredibly stupid popcorn movie and it's made nearly 400 million dollars. |

Revenge of the Fallen didn't specifically tick off the Transformers fanbase, and for all its crappiness, it had its own story content. I know, it's not much to go on, but I'm an optimist.
