It has happened twice today but I dismissed it the first time.
If I enter the search term "石川 晋吾" (without the inverted commas) I get no results, however the Kanji is present and correct on the page for Shingo Ishikawa. If I search just for "石川" I get pages of results - not been through them all to see if he is included since if I search for "晋吾" I get only one result (Shingo FUKUYO). Searching by romaji only returns indirect results so it is as if the page is not indexed, however the page was last cached by google on then 18th so it should be. The page also does not appear on the first few pages of a regular Google search for "Shingo Ishikawa" while it should be one of, if not the top result.. [edit] Another one: Toshihiko Shimada Also, Yuka TAKASHINA is indexed as I can locate her when searching by romaji, but for some reason not when I search using the kanji (with or without a space) Another one missing completely: Keizou ICHIKAWA Taeko HORI - again cannot be located by the Kanji that are clearly present, an only showing up indirectly in romaji search. |
