Well, the writer didn't really know what she's talking about- but that's to be expected, ne? Wink

But really, I think that this article was pretty informative about how Tokyopop selects and publishes their manga. As opposed to the recent USA Today article, which can be summed up as "Hey everybody! Did y'know that manga's really kewl right now?!", I actually learned something. Very Happy

I'm fairly sure that just refers to their Tokyopop News Blast monthly e-mail newsletter, not any kind of program to actually solicit opinions from individual readers.
