Sakura Kiss (Ouran High School Host Club opening) - I love the presentation in the anime, and it's a catchy tune. The dubbed version of this makes me feel a little angry; I don't feel like the dub of it did the opening any justice.
Eternal Snow (Full Moon wo Sagashite) - It's quite lovely, and the Diamond Dust remix isn't too bad either. It just has a nice beat to it and a deep, steady voice.
Inerasable Sin (Fullmetal Alchemist 1st ending) - The title may sound a little bit severe, but it actually has a wonderful and almost light tune (My opinions, but that is how I shall describe it) that I just love.
Lonely in Gorgeous (Paradise Kiss opening) - Another catchy tune. I really love the beginning of it that just grabs your attention, and it fits the mood of the series.
Tooi Sakebi, A Distant Cry (Serial Experiments Lain ending) - It seems very vague at first (The lyrics), but as you delve further and further into the series, it fits Lain's situation almost perfectly. Almost as it it were made for the anime series itself. It's also sung really nicely, and just makes me feel so nostalgic (Bad word for it, but it was the closest I could come to describing what I feel when I listen to it). At the end of the last episode, I almost had tears in my eyes, though it may have been just due to the last episode itself. I really love that ending.
Motteke! Se-ra-fuku (Lucky Star opening theme) - So... peppy... and quite random too. It makes me want to jump around while I'm listening to it, and makes me feel energy filled.

Oh, please don't kill me for what I'm about to write. I have the song titles at home, but I'm at work now, so please forgive me for not giving the complete song title. I'll edit this thread when I get home.
My favorite remains God knows (?) from MoHS (played on stage). I also enjoy the closing theme. Cranked up when they play.
The closing theme to Fate/Stay Night. Makes me tingle to this day. Great song.
In Madlax, it's either the ending them or action theme song (or both). It's in my head right now.
I've a collection of anime music I listen to, so there are some I've yet to remember what series they're from.
More to come and again, I apologize for the invalid crediting.

Wow, am I the only one whose adrenaline still starts flowing like a waterfall whenever Tank! (the Cowboy Bebop series OP) kicks in? I just love that '60s spy or caper movie groove that infuses this song, yet another stroke of genius from Yoko Kanno. I even told a fellow otaku recently that this song could very well challenge even the original Monty Norman-composed James Bond theme for Best Spy Theme Ever (even though Spike and Co. are bounty hunters and not spies). The OP theme for the Read or Die OVA, on the other hand, poses no threat to the 007 theme, but just like Tank!, there's enough of that '60s vibe to continue to warrant frequent play on my MP3 player.
Let me also add Paradise Lost, the OP from Ga Rei Zero, performed by Minori Chihara. The high-energy, Stepmania-ready intensity of this song gets your heart racing (in a good way), and Minorin's vocals are as gorgeous as always. But the string ensemble is the icing on the cake...it gives this song a propulsive and inspiring feel. That's why Paradise Lost is also a "heavy rotation" track for me...when I hear this first thing in the morning, it practically screams "carpe diem" to me.

Bouken Desho Desho from The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya, cool OP. Ringo Biyori, the ED to Spice and Wolf which I find realy catchy. Romantic Summer from Seto no Hanayome, kind of an interesting tune. And Last Regrets from Kannon 2006, love the vibe of it.

For me it's both of the openings to Zetsubou sensei, most of the remixes and the first ending theme. There's also the openings for FMA brotherhood, Basquash! and the third opening for Eureka Seven.

Ah, the ever popular Hare Hare Yukai. Even in the off chance you don't remember the name, when over half the civilized world has danced to it (at least the Youtube world)--even those Malaysian(?) prisoners--it can't help but get superglued into your brain.
BTW, I can now add Fuwa Fuwa Time (and its B-side) from K-ON! to my previous list.

There are several but I can remember the name of most! Like... "Hoshi no hate" (Saikano), "Sensei...Hajimete Desuka" (Kodomo no Jikan), and "Kanashimi no Mukou he" (School Days). I've heard them MANY times and they never get old!

I actually like True, the opening to Dragon Drive. It has a pretty fast tempo so it is decent to exercise to.
But I also like a lot of the Code Geass, Death Note, and Bleach openings too. And the FMA: Brotherhood opening is good too.

I also like "Sakura Kiss" from Ouran. I think it's very cute and catchy. It's also cause I'm a fan of Chieko Kawabe that I never think her songs are boring. |
I still like "God Knows" and "Lost my Music", but I already got tired of "Sakura Kiss". What replaced it is Megumi Nakajima's "Seikan Hikou". I haven't even watched Macross F, but the song is so catchy that I can't stop listening to it.

For me, it's definitely "Get Over," the first opening song for Hikaru no Go. Even if Viz decided not to translate it. :p
Love the tune, love the music. Lots of fun, just like the show, and the game.

My absolute favorite is Song of Four Seasons from Samurai Champloo. The Sore Feet Song from Mushi-shi and Make It Home from Monster are similarly melodic and mellow. As far as more J-poppy things go, Yui's themes for Bleach and FMA: Brotherhood are pretty catchy and easy on the ears. In general, though, I'm easy to please. I despise the Death Note songs with a passion, but I have yet to hear another theme that I don't like.

Yuzurenai Negai from Magic Knights Rayearth. It's a classic, feel-good song I remember from when I was first getting into anime.
Kiseki no Umi from Record of Lodoss War. A haunting melody from a tale of knighthood and fantasy - also a classic!
Hare Hare Yukai from The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya. Just an overall fun and happy-go-lucky song from an interesting and unique series.
Blue from Cowboy Bebop. A fitting and bittersweet farewell to a fantastic Sci-Fi Opera. See you, Space Cowboy!
Au-dela de la Riviere du Temps from Gunbuster. An amazing orchestral piece with a triumphant electric guitar!
We Are! from One Piece. Kind of generic at first, but grows in power, I think, as the series slowly unravels into a legend.
Yakusoku wa Iranai from The Vision of Escaflowne. Another Yoko Kanno classic, beautifully performed by the then young Maaya Sakamoto, a song of love and hope!

Seishoujo Ryouiji from Rozen Maiden Traumend.
I think Ali Project in general makes beautiful music, but this is one of my favorites because it's so catchy and has such a unique melody. Also, the animation going with it is one of my favorite opening animations- it's very graphically stark and in perfect timing with the music.
