I hope these anime will get released on Playstation Network. It would be nice to see other anime beside Funi's one. I keep telling Sony on the playstation blog to get more anime from other company.

What? No love for Tiffany Grant's fluent and accurate German? |
I really wish they would just release an option where you could keep the original Japanese, except for Asuka, and have her be Tiffany Grant. That would be the perfect version of Evangelion in my opinion.
I mean she is German and American. Surely all the brains at Nerv can understand English even if they choose not to speak it.

If I didn't own the DVDs already, I would have purchased this. I bought the DVDs because I got really excited from watching the show on Cartoon Network and couldn't wait a whole week for the next episode.
If the movies were up there, I definitely would have purchased those. I paid frickin $44 for that.

While I'll agree that the German accent was definitely a questionable move, I don't think she did badly. This was fairly early on in her career, so I'll give her some slack on it.
Besides I know the Eva dub gets a lot of flack, but I think it's pretty good considering the time frame it was done in. It's definitely one of the stronger mid 90's dubs, and much better than most of the stuff that was being put out at the time.
