well we are talkig about animes here, but a lot of hentai are really violent, (heh...but not for me though...im a sick bastard...) but anyway if you thought berserk aime was violent, the manga is much more gory and has much more fights in it

Has anyone mentioned Grappler Baki? I thought that was a blood fest. Broken arms, severed limbs...yeah, I think it qualifies. Hmm...I could also point out 3X3 Eyes…I just felt sorry for Yakumo at times. He took a beating.

yea actually, its was. i have to say tho, the new fist of the north star OAV is MUCH more violent and graphic than its predecessors |

Yeah and while your at it, include Violence JACK,Devilman,Yoma curse of the undead,M.D. geist,Baoh and for a bullet-filled splaterfest there's Angelcop. just to name a few more.

Kite, Samurai X, Ninja Scrolls, and Jin Roh get my vote for the most violent OAVS and movies. Those are all good animes and worth a look into.

DEFINITELY THE ANIME SCENE IN KILL BILL VOL. 1! man that scene was so bloody! even bloodier than the scenes in rurouni kenshin ova and ninja scroll movie. check out the sprayage in that scene!

I know this is funny, but the most violent one I've seen is Cowboy Bebop: Knocking on Heaven's Door. Yeah, go ahead and laugh. I don't have other anime series I've watched. Anime is somewhat rare here when it comes to television. *sigh* Oh and I didn't think it was that gore-y. I've seen worse ones.

If you've seen worse ones, then wouldn't Bebop the movie not be the most violent? I'd have to recommend Ninja Scroll or Berserk if you wanted a lot of red paint. And welcome to the forums!
