wow its strange, Crayon Shin-chan is always on the top 3
maybe it drop down due to the ban in India news? Just a small theory...

But those are the actual ratings. If it's Japanese and it's animated, then by the English-language definition, it's anime. To exclude the mainstream and kid-oriented stuff because it's not what you consider "real" anime is to miss the point entirely.
