I know there's a few fans of Katsuya Terada and Katsuhiro Otomo here, so I thought I'd let you all know;
Apparently the two have come together to collaborate on a limited edition collection of sketches and photographs the pair took while following the 30-day Giro d’Italia cycling race, titled VIVA IL CICLISSIMO! Its 192 pages, with over 280 illustrations, and god, it looks stunning! You can buy it here, also there are a few preview images and some more tasty info. For Otomo, this is his second manga work published recently, ever since that huge gap after the Akira film. Before, was a one-shot called Park he drew for a magazine that was interviewing him. |
