Actually, the video is not restricted to Japanese IP addresses. It does require Microsoft Windows with recent versions of Internet Explorer and Windows Media Player, though.

I hope Funimation will announce a license for the second season of Hell Girl around the October 4th premiere date. That would be awesome timing. More of this franchise would make for a nice "October surprise" rather than some depressing partisan political lunacy over here.

Most of the trailer was rehash of the first two series' developments on Enma Ai, but the new stuff does look interesting. I'll definitely be giving it a watch, but here's hoping they diversify the stories a little more.

Very interesting. I can't wait to see it! The art seems a bit different (Enma Ai looks shorter but then again the art in the first 2 seasons was never consistent).
