Well, I don't know about where to get it in a store in Massachusetts. But if you're willing to go online, go to www.deepdiscountdvd.com.
They have each Phase for $14.99 AND they offer free shipping. The only problem is free shipping takes about 2 to 3 weeks. But you'll eventually get it scratch free like I always get stuff when I order from them. If you're not willing to go online. The I guess Best Buy would work, but they usually don't have much in stock (at least here in Texas). |

I live on Cape Cod and i get all my anime at best buy. The first dvd and box was only $23.99, the second dvd was $15.99, the third was $19.99 i beleive and the fourth which just came out is $15.99.
