Read first chapter, very different to Death Note, i hope there is some great twist in it, so its more Pshycological, like Death Note was...
If its to be only as it is now, i'l be disappointed, coming from the Duo who made Death Note.
Still, the manga is fun, so let's see how its going to turn out

It seems like a pretty straight-forward 'guy who goes after his dreams' story, but I really like it! The last few pages were so ridiculous, you can tell that this is only going to get more hot-blooded and shonen-y with each chapter. Also, I can really relate to the main character, because I'm pursuing cartooning instead of some boring office job, which is as much of a gamble in America as it is in Japan. Reading this manga while trying to make my own way in the comics world should be a very interesting experience.

Wow, the only thing really resembling Death Note in this is the "bored with life" premise in the beginning. A manga about pursuing a manga career...I certainly didn't expect this. It's cool to see this from the stanpoint of people in the business themselves.
It looks like it really has potential, so I'll keep up with this series and see how it goes.

I love it. I've had flights of fancy before, about becoming a comic artist or a writer or something, but both are jobs that require one to be a gambler, and I'm not a gambler.
Anyhoo, looks good.

I really hope it get licensed and released in the US, I'm reading it now and I really enjoy it. Obata's art is as good as ever. And I sure due to the popularity of Death Note and the Obata Ohba combo, that it will eventually get released outside of japan.

Chapter 3:
Well, it was cool seeing the inner workings of manga, and the ever-present nods to real life is great as well. It's kind of slow right now but I like it.
