Yeah, so my local Barnes and Noble has only one shelf of manga, with a lot of Cine-Manga and the like. The closest Borders, filled with glorious manga, is almost an hour away, and it's so out of the way that I only go a few times a year. This weekend I'm making a trip out there, but I can't choose which manga to buy.
Quick! Which ten volumes would you grab first if you could only read ten of your manga a year? Please list your first instinct, even if it is stupid. I find this the best way to get recommendations. Heh. It can be any genre, I really don't have a favorite, except I'm a sucker for one-shots.

Id buy the next volumes of these series, which I am currently attempting to collect.
Model
Millenium Snow
Vampire Knight
Ouran High School Host Club
Basara
Aishiteruze Baby
And as for one shots I strongly reccomend Kamikaze Girls.
My taste in manga is predominatly shojo, sorry. :/
(interestingly enough my taste in anime is more usually shonen)
