Looking forward to it, but I worry the idol theme means they'll continue the trend of no fights

Europe gets shafted like with Mirai Days. This is really confusing, why did they bothered adding most seasons that were on ADN (including Mahoutsukai, but not Mirai Days lol) only to just stop bothering to simulcast the episodes? I won't mind having english subtitles instead of french, I just want to support one of my favourite franchises. Oh well.

Well each series airs for roughly a year, and it has been airing non-stop since 2004, so this will be the 22nd series (24th if you include the grown-up spin-offs "Power of Hope: PreCure Full Bloom" & "Mahōtsukai PreCure! ~Mirai Days~")

A press conference confirmed there will be combat. Don't know what it'll work, but there will be fight scenes of some kind.
As for Europe, it sucks they're not getting this either. Even Italy seems to be skipping it.

Taking those into account, I wonder -- what's had the most output in the past 20 years, Kamen Rider, Super Sentai, or Pretty Cure? It's gotta be pretty close; they're all closely related Toei/TV Asahi franchises that air a new half-hour episode almost every Sunday morning, plus a movie or two a year, including regular crossover movies. Do those spinoffs give Precure the edge?

Kamen Rider easily wins. Precure is down to one movie a year, meanwhile KR has the main year-long series, side series like Outsiders, the occasional skit comedy mini-series/animated shorts, movies plus V-Cinexts and now also anniversary movies every so often.
