I turned the playing speed up to max and thus technically saw the entire episode, although it is a surprise it does not change the character being annoying.

That is because although I like to complain I try to stick to the three episode rule in order not to miss any hidden gems (some shows just start off weak), that is unless the show is without any redeeming features or just not my genre at all.

Episode 3 & 4 So I guess we will be doing double, short episodes. This is definitely on the bottom tier of shows I'm watching this winter but it hasn't made me want to pull the plug yet. Such is the power of NEETness. |

I think Bogus Skill <<Fruitmaster>> is at the bottom of my "Still Watching" list, but this one is a close second.

It is still not anywhere near the top of my list but the third episode (given that each episode contains two short episodes and is thus full length I will keep calling it that) did improve things for me. By having the gang live in the same building as neighbours you never get too much of one character plus new interactions between the members become possible. The new romcom addict is also a fun addition.

And then you get a (pretty much) whole 4th episode with a date and some romantic progress. The show is still not anything amazing but I think there is a clear quality difference between the first two and the latter two episodes.

Dropped. I didn't even bother checking out episodes 7 & 8. This title had the misfortune of falling on the same day as 5 other titles that I absolutely love: Medalist, Orb, Sakamoto, Blue Exorcist and Solo Leveling. When you've got 5 titles you jones for and 1 that you're "meh" on, the old Sesame Street song starts running through your brain:

And with the fifth episode the ninja gang is complete. Like I have said before: I like some of the ninja girls and one in particular very much not so (she thankfully does not appear all that much anymore). Their antics are fun enough to keep me watching, there even was an all powerful landlord and some actual story showing up this week.
