I have heard about this and seen some videos
To be honest about this I don’t care so much if they leak the data about games and the pictures and stuff. but if they leak the personal data of employees or ex employees they should have the day in court. |

I wish we stop reporting the new games and other stuff they found and focus on the fact they got the employees’ personal info, emails, and possibly bank accounts. Your ruining the surprise and if you get caught, you’ll looking be behind bars for quite a while and won’t get to play the new games that you “discovered” and posted online all for about a day or two worth of fame. Hopefully, they realize it isn’t worth it in the end.

Some of the leaks have been interesting and make me wonder what Pokemon would be like if they kept on track with some of the more adult elements they were experimenting with back in the pre-Gen 6 era.

What is more damaging? The deep lore containing bestiality, pedophilia and rape emerging with a writers´ credit? Or the alpha build of Pokemon Legends Z-A´s PC build leaking? Regardless of what one thinks, this is the biggest Pokemon story since the 90s but the Insomniac leak is the one to beat. Rest in hell Slaking.
Capcom somehow got off lightly 3 years ago. The inclusivity training power points were cute and no one takes harm in knowing that Super Street Fighter 6 will be an upcoming retail release. To find out that the barely legal Latina pilot was a programmer's sex fetish snuck into a kid´s game. Well, you gotta give it to that perv. He was living his best life! |

I feel as if a lot of these leaks are only shocking to younger people or casual fans. Pokemon x Human relations has been a thing in the lore for decades at this point. Or at least it was. There were passages in-game about people marrying their Pokemon in the older games. Maybe that has since been de-canonized and removed like a lot of stuff in the franchise's attempts to clean itself up and make it more kid-friendly to a global audience. But if one has been with Pokemon since the beginning they would remember the early anime, manga series and merchandise that had no issue with fanservice or nudity or typical perverted jokes that other Japanese series had. It's less Pokemon used to be "edgy" if you want to use that word but rather it used to be like other Japanese properties and have less content restrictions and not prioritize a global market so it did it's own thing.. It was around the time the games started removing the gambling in the games to comply with foreign regulations which was around Gen 5. I know in Heart Gold/Soul Silver they removed the guy outside Celadon Gym being a pervert who says he likes the Gym because it's full of cute girls to him saying because it's full of "strong trainers". I don't remember if they removed the guy in the Game Dev room that comments how he designed characters like Erika and Jasmine and the twins NPC trainers and said they were his favorite. Most of the stuff being leaked is decades old and obviously not what the current iteration of the franchise is going for anymore but it seems like people forget how Pokemon used to be in the 90s and 2000s so a lot of this stuff shouldn't be all that shocking to old timers. |
