That's some fantastic cross-media advertising.

Also I love how the leads' are voiced by Sara and Rudy from Mushoku Tensei.

From the mangaka of After the Rain huh. It would be nice if Wit handles this as well, they did such an amazing job with After the Rain.

I stopped reading manga a while ago, not because It got bad, I just forgot about it Laughing It was actually pretty interesting, but weird at the same time. Anime looks promising!

I also ended up stopping it to catch up later at some point, and seems like it's a good reminder, because I remember that the story was intriguing, romance good, and the setting is wonderfully familiar and yet kinda alien at once. Good news, something to look forward in 2005.

Am I the only one who thinks that the actor for the male lead in the live-action adaptation is kind of hot? Eh, whatever. I’m looking forward to the anime!

Uh, I’m pretty sure 2005 is long over.

Honestly both the anime and live action version are strikingly hot. The mangaka knows how to draw men.

There have been plenty of live action movies filmed in the Kowloon Walled City before it was demolished. But making a live action show set there now sounds challenging. Where will they film it? How can you build sets that are a convincing replacement? The production design necessary sounds like a nightmare. The only thing I can think of that comes close is Batman Begins where they built a super dense city block inside a giant aircraft hanger.

I would like to see a BL spin-off with the secondary characters, it would be great!

I really like the manga, so I'm glad to see it being adapted, and the tease for the anime side of it looks pretty nice.
