No Amy? Anyway, it'll be the Battle of the Furries up against Mufasa.

They really should have called this Sonic the Hedgehog 3 & Knuckles
Not sure Sonic has much of a chance vs Furry John Wick, though.

The trailer does make a good job selling the movie, I think they downplayed the comedy with the original human characters a bit compared to the previous two movies, Jim Carrey as Eggman scenes do not count, those are in-line with the character and the actor portraying him. I still remember how bad Paramount fumbled the original Sonic movie trailer but it feels like it the thing the franchise needed in some aspects, Shadow does look great and Keanu does a good job voicing him, and there was also an AKIRA bike slide reference at 2:33. Also, I have to add that Shadow is dubbed by Keanu Reeves' usual dub VA in the Neutral Spanish dub, René García, who is more famous for vocing Vegeta in Dragon Ball Z, I hope Paramount does not change his voice in the final product and instead hires a celebrity to voice Shadow, Sonic himself is still dubbed by YouTuber Luisito Comunica, but I've grown accustomed to his protrayal of the character. I wonder who will dub Shadow in the Japanese dub, from what I've heard, none of Sonic's Japanese voice cast reprised their roles.

There's still some actors in undisclosed roles. And it's still the first trailer. Who the hell knew that [blank], [censored] and [redacted] would be in Deadpool & Wolverine?

It looks absolutely amazing!
Team Sonic explicitly called as such.
Chao in animatronic form!
The CG models and action.
Shadow recreating the OP from his game as well as the Akira bike slide!
Fat Eggman (kind of wish he was fatter though)!
Maria and her death.
Determined and angry Sonic!
The Ark ascending from the sea!
Gerald Robotnik lives and is also played by Jim Carrey (and will probably be the true villain)!

I especially love the fact that Tokyo is featured, which is something I was hoping would happen in the Sonic film franchise. It's especially fitting, given that Sega is headquartered there. I'm ever hoping there's a scene of Team Sonic experiencing a Japanese arcade.
