Hmm. I like that we’re getting more Pacific Rim content, but a prequel isn’t what I would’ve wanted.

This feels like an attempt to restart the brand after Uprising completely derailed it, but without Del Toro I don’t know if it’s worth it.

I think I'd have liked more Shadow and Bone, actually. I never saw the Pacific Rim sequel.

I'd like to see another good entry in this franchise but I feel like a prequel and this lacking the budget it will need will severely hamper it.

They keep trying to make Pacific Rim sequels be a thing but none of them have come close to matching the original.

I feel like this is just another day late and a dollar short attempt at keeping the IP relevant. I think the ship set sail already on it and nothing is gonna bring it back. Here's hoping this proves me wrong.

Was the first pacific rim anime any good? I never tuned in to it, mostly because I only liked the first one. And that was mostly from atmosphere and dumb fun.
