Someone on ANN needs to update the show page, which for some odd reason lists this series as an OAV, even though the announcement video in this article says it's a TV Anime.
anime#31890 Anyway, as for the news itself, the staff is looking good, and I'm glad Passione is handling the project. Should be great.

Passione is probably the only studio that could pull this off and that's a solid staff.
