I appreciate being adaptive with titles, but they need to drop the overly-long-narou-title schtick if they’re going to do it. There’s a thousand shorter and funnier titles they could’ve used if they wanted to throw the word “simp” in.

I might like this title, but I hope this isn’t the only license because I’ve heard of how ridiculous this app’s censors are to the point they black out swimsuits.

Oh my God, that was ages ago, when they first launched. The bigger problem when they first launched wasn't the censorship, it was the 72-hour limit to read chapters (or parts of chapters). They have since abandoned both aspects of the initial launch.
That said, I want to know how I can read Vermeil on the app, because I have it on Android, but it (Vermeil in Gold) is not there.

Well, that is definitely a premise. For once the reincarnator uses their appeal ability to their advantage rather than be oblivious to their Harem.
