At this point i am afraid, he's probably going to keep that voice until the end like Naruto.  But I do hope they reason they don't change his seiyuu yet because he's still young enough to have that voice (he's like what? 14-17?).

Yep he's around that age since he was 13 at the end of season 1. Its fair to assume they'll probably change his voice actor later on as he gets older since Maganote said they're gonna adapt the entire story

note that this season will be adapted by bind's B team, while.that does not make me happy at least, content wise, it is the best possible timing as the next 3 volumes after 7 are what the author himself has called the dull arc,.i hope that the team either gains more experience , which is ideal, or they bring the a team back, which is good, for the later parts of the second season.

I'm concerned about the character design since Rudeus was specifically design to grow little by little surprising the audience with each look
